What a wonderful weekend we had at the beautiful hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Room really spacious and comfortable. Very much enjoyed the choice of breakfasts. The bar severed great cocktails. Perfect location and do hope to visit again.

We had a great stay at bishopsgate. We even got a surprise upgrade to the penthouse suite. What also stands out at this hotel is the good manners and friendliness of all the staff. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was excellent. Thank you for looking after us

We stayed in the hotel on 10th March on a package deal we had booked back in December....the package included a 3 course meal in the restaurant. The food was excellent, the staff were excellent, the room was excellent...could not fault any single aspect of our stay. We will be back again very soon !

Visited on Saturday for a wonderful Mothers Day Afternoon Tea event. My first proper visit to the hotel, and my mum and sisters second and third visit. We all really enjoyed the experience. Staff were so friendly and accommodating from arrival to departure. The tea itself was delicious and a little twist on what you normally get. Everyone loved what they had. Great selection of cakes and scones too. I was very impressed when staff appeared with takeaway boxes without even having to ask - so thoughtful and well prepared! The background music was lovely and really created a calm/relaxed atmosphere. We had intended to have a little cocktail in the main bar afterwards before moving on, however, we ended up staying all afternoon. The service and atmosphere were spot on. We're already planning on making this a regular occasion! Looking forward to our next visit.

Tremendous staff, especially the amazing Kaysi. She went out of her way to ensure my family felt like true VIPs. Her recommendations on what to do in Derry and beyond were spot-on. We cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine desire that we have a memorable stay. We won’t stay anywhere else but here for our future visits.

Booked a two night stay with one evening meal included. We decided to use the hotel valet parking for £15.00 per night. We were checked in by Robyn and Michael. Both very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in room 304. Lovely room, big cosy bed and excellent bathroom which was spotlessly clean. We dined in the restaurant on our first night. Served by Mia, excellent service. Food is excellent. Really tasty. Nathan also gave us excellent service making Margarita cocktails. There was a gentleman who was on night reception who was very friendly. Sorry I didn't get his name. Breakfast is ten out of ten. Great selection and cooked fresh and served to the table. Zaki served us and he was very attentive. We love this hotel. Very central with the best staff. Shout out also to Emma in the restaurant for her professionalism. Thanks to JP and all the team for another lovely stay.

First impression is very important to us. We were delighted to have a very helpful and friendly check in and check out by Kaysi. Kaysi helped with our car parking, carried our two large luggage with ease and had them delivered to our room. She sent anniversary cakes to our room after listening to our disappointing celebration at a Belfast hotel. We witnessed her working very efficiently even when dealing with various guests’ requests. We like the location of the hotel with cheap and convenient parking at the public car park across the road. Due to Covid precaution, we chose to park our own car and declined housekeeping service. The housekeepers were always helpful with providing the supplies when we needed them. The room is small but elegant. We like the big bathroom with rain shower and luxury toiletries.
