My husband and I stayed here recently and can't rate it enough. The hotel was booked solid and full for Christmas parties, however despite this the serving and bar staff were attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The food was beautiful and cocktails perfect. Our room was nice enough. Clean and comfortable. Check out on the Sunday was 12pm....

Stayed one night in executive rooms on a dine & stay package. From the outset, first class customer service prevailed. Enquiries before booking were met with very pleasant, helpful & efficient response. On arrival, check in was a smooth & efficient process, a dinner reservation was made & we were assured that any concerns would be warmly attended. No such...

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay with dinner and concert tickets to see Jimmy Buckley in concert. As it is supposed to be 3 star I was expecting everything to be very basic but I was very surprised when I arrived. It is a lovely hotel, beautifully furnished and our room was spacious and very well presented. We...

What a team!! Their courteous and friendly manner was second to none. In particular I have to mention Richard in the restaurant who was...

I stayed here for one night on a visit to Omagh. On arrival there's a wing of the hotel that looks very modern, while the receptioin area is somewhat dated although very clean and well maintained. Apparently they've refurbished all of the function rooms of the hotel and this area now looks great. According to the manager they'll also be...

Have stayed here on numerous business trips and service , quality of food, drink and rooms consistently spot on. Just as good on my most recent trip. Good food and good portions too. Thai red curry was outstanding. The restaurant gets busy and you might wait a bit but the food is always well cooked and presented. Decent pint of...

This is a fairly modern hotel and the bedrooms are maintained to a reasonable standard. the staff are friendly and check-in and out was efficient. The restaurant let it down during my stay. Breakfast service was very slow (20 minutes to bring tea and toast) and dinner for the table next to me was fish that they said was still...
