Hotel is drab and dreary and there is a terrible stench which hits you when you walk in. Bathrooms are a disgrace. Tiles falling off. Food disgusting. A £1 a night would be too dear to pay for this dump!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The Burstin in Folkestone also a Brittania hotel by contrast has a really good restaurant and entertainment of sorts every night. it is also half the price of Aberdeen. Aberdeen seems to suffer hotel price inflation probably because of the oil and gas industry.
