I have stayed at Norwood Hall on several occasions and enjoy very much the setting of the estate and the Victorian style house. The rooms (executive) are large and well equipped. Some of the rooms suffer from wear and should be refreshed. The restaurant and bar are important parts of the hotels character and you can enjoy a drink and...

Not a good place to study for exams or to even be at; compared to many other better options in Aberdeen. Everything at this excuse for a hotel took forever to happen. From waiting on food when ordered, to queuing at reception. Staff seemed to wander aimlessly around as though they were in a trance. Distracted due to noisy wedding...

This is a beautiful hotel, full of charm and character. It's a short taxi ride from the centre. Dinner and breakfast were great and really enjoyed drinks in the bar area which is really authentic looking, it's like taking a step back in time to the Victorian days. Would definitely stay again, this hotel is similar in style to the...

We stayed for four nights, for the daughters wedding. What a treat. Lovely room, helpful Staff. Wedding superb. Breakfast, what a selection. We asked for a quiet room. As we did not to be disturbed by the wedding guests, even though it was our daughters wedding. Room 9 was at the top of the stairs and only had a small...

We stayed three nights and overall had an enjoyable stay. I would stay again, but I do have a few reservations. 1. It was a little dusty and bathroom floor tiles loose and wobbly. I reported a poorly functioning plug mechanism, meant water drained really slowly, was told they would get it sorted but didn't. So there's a few maintenance...

Situated in the SW of the city this hotel is set in well maintained and lovely grounds, it has a short drive - to take you away from the main road. Plenty of parking. It is easily accessible by public transport - a short 8 minute walk to the bus stop and so convenient for getting to the middle of...

Had a long wait at reception to check in,standing holding suit bags suitcases with three children for what seemed like forever, finally one of the waiters came to check us in,we had to ask how to get to our room and must've been sent the longest way you can imagine, only two bottles of water in a room for three people sharing,meal...

Got a really good deal with our stay and were absolutely delighted. We arrived with a wedding in progress, but we were booked in quickly and shown to our room, lovely at the back of the hotel away from any noise, so very happy. The only downside is that there is very little view! But the hotel cannot be blamed...
