We are working on a project in Aberdeen at the moment and we are finding this is a good base. The beds are very comfortable and many of the rooms have a fine view of the harbour. The staff are attentive and obliging and very quick to recover issues. The only reason it does not get a 5 is that...

Only stayed for 1 night and enjoyed it. The room was perfect, view over the harbour. A nice guy at the reception, I think Pedro was his name, gave us ideas where to go out for a drink and what to see. Almost missed out on something beautiful, so great tips, thanks! Also thanks for the nice welcome letter in...

Ideally located hotel for my three night stay in Aberdeen on business. Clean room, superb, friendly and efficient reception staff. Located very close to the city centre shopping area and only minutes from the railway station. Definitely worth a return visit.

Nice & comfortable property. Walkable from station and union street. One can enjoy evening dining near by pubs and restaurants. Good, kind and helpful staff. Worth the cost. Would recommend for sure. Quick and hassle free check in and check out. One can spend extra bucks and extend check out time as per your schedule. That's wha I like about...

Very convenient hotel but don't get a lower floor as the sound from below and other nearby establishments can pervade. Other than that it's good. Could do with a selection of pillows though as mine seemed too thick and lumpy. I've still got a sore neck as I type though could be something to do with the 6 hour train...

I stayed for 5 nights and paid only £236 and found the Ibis to have a good location, friendly staff and simple but very clean modern rooms with excellent wifi. This is not a Marriott or a similar 5 star hotel and that is why the price is what it is and think some reviewers have to be realistic. It...

Look, the Ritz this ain't. It is a bit run down, and just a bit tatty. We had the opportunity to compare the Aberdeen Ibis with the Edinburgh Ibis on South Bridge, and they really are chalk and cheese. The coffee in the room was pretty revolting, and the coffee down in the breakfast room wasn't much better. The beds...

Hello from Aberdeen Ibis. You will be pleased to know that our lobby and breakfast area will be refurbished to the same level as the Ibis Edinburgh South Bridge in a few months. This does not excuse low standards of food quality, I will ensure our breakfast is monitored more closely.

Me an my wife stayed there for three nights. Location of hotel was brilliant, buffet breakfast was ok, room was nice bit small for two but ventilation was not great, you might need to ask for fan if it get warm thought. Location is brilliant.

Hotel very central for visiting Aberdeen. Room overall okay. Found breakfast a little disappointing. Some staff on reception a bit slow to respond or understand what was being asked of them but a few very helpful also!
