On a trip in February 2017 I stayed in this lovely little guest house and was pleasantly surprised. The lady who owns the building was so friendly and helpful (with my heavy suitcase she kindly helped me lift it down the steps on my departure). The rooms were lovely and clean, with free wifi and tea coffee making facilities (plus...

Due to work commitments I am often in Aberdeen, it was a colleague who had suggested staying here. I have now been several times and cannot fault Roselea House in the slightest. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean. There is so much to choose from at breakfast time and the full cooked breakfast is amazing!! Frances has gone above and...

I can only echo the other positive reviews here, as Roselea is a most wonderful home away from home. The location, comfortable rooms, amenities, fair rate and great breakfast make a stay here very worthwhile. Frances, the owner and proprietor, is a gem. I was so happy to return here each evening after all-day sightseeing and I look forward to...

My stay at Roselea House was wonderful. As I entered the garden I was greeted by a path of gorgeous rose bushes in full bloom. My room was just as welcoming. It was lovely with beautiful decor, a very comfy bed, a delicious hospitality tray and even a bowl of sweets for the tired tourist after a day trudging about....

Me and my friend recently travelled all around Scotland from June 4th - June 10th, and we stayed at the Roselea Hotel whilst staying in Aberdeen. We really can't fault our stay there, and were even put in a really spacious, lovely room containing a double and a single bed even though it was just for the two of us,...

I stay at Roselea House on a weekly basis for work. I have tried other accommodation but Roselea is by far the best. The welcome is warm and friendly, the rooms are lovely with traditional quality furniture and comfy beds. Also none of the upstairs rooms have been altered (something I hate in b&bs where you go to sleep to...

I've just spent three nights here, and only have good things to say. First of all, the owner, Frances, is friendly and kind. Among other things, she was able to indicate the perfect spot in an upscale neighborhood to leave my car during the day without having to pay the meter. That alone was a big help, as free parking...

Booked this for my 75year old mum in law and her friend who have just returned from a 7 night break at this b and b. They both thoroughly enjoyed their warm stay here and were very impressed with the hospitality and knowledge that they received. The breakfast was fantastic, and apparently the porridge which was requested was top class...

A one night stop. Great location, Cheap at £55 for a twin room (not en-suite). The owner Frances is extremely helpful and friendly and goes out of her way to assist guests. The rooms are perfectly satisfactory, clean, warm and comfortable and have WI-fi connection. Not a lot more one can ask for. We shall most cerainly be back
