The room was clean and comfortable, and the guesthouse was very close to the university, about 10 minutes walk. There are also restaurants and shops within walking distance. The free wifi was good quality and the owners were very friendly. I didn't have any problems and would stay here again if I were to return to Aberdeen.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was working night shift when I stayed, and the staff made a big effort not to wake me through the day, which was greatly appreciated!! The hotel was clean and tidy and in a great location with pubs, fish and chip shops, ice cream shops on the door step and a stones...

Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Aberdeen. The people are very nice, the place is clean and attractive. It is situated in a safe neighborhood within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. The value for the price was great. they provided a tasty breakfast for just a little more.

Friendly and traditional Scottish B&B, family operated for many years, very convenient to university. The hot Scottish breakfasts are copious and delicious. We enjoyed the smoked haddock, in particular, and the egg dishes. Light breakfast also available.

This was my first trip to Aberdeen and this guest house was recommended to me. I am glad I stayed there, as I was made to feel like home. Close to the University but it is pricey for what you get. £40 for a single room no breakfast. Very clean and owner is friendly. Walls must be quite thin, you can hear people snoring. The bed head must need tightened as the bed was quite noisey if you moved. I also couldn't find any cafes close by. There was...

Hi Natalie Thank you for your review, but I am bemused as to why you would have chosen to stay with us, as the price would have been known to you prior to booking. Value is like beauty - in the eye of the beholder. I do not think that you will find an equivalent 4 star guest house in...
