There is nothing overwhelmingly special about this Guest House, but it is more than adequate for Aberdeen, and relatively inexpensive, all things considered. The rooms were on the small side, the walls are quite thin, so activities in neighbouring rooms, not forgetting loud snoring might be disturbing. The complimentary cooked breakfast was good. All things considered, the only thing I...

A friend and I cycled from Edinburgh to Inverness along cycle route 1 in June 2015, staying in twin rooms at 9 bed and breakfast/hotels along the way. At The Lost Guest House we received a cursory welcome and our bikes had to be left out the front near to the street. Our room was somewhat dated but clean, comfortable...

Not a bad stay for the money. Very easy to get to and very central for city centre trips. We stayed one night only and the only complaint was there was no hot water in the sink so had to use shower even to wash your hands. Beds were very comfy and clean as was the room. Was all you...

Booked through booking.com, £69. Said would be there between 1am -2am and were charged £99 for a supposedly late fee. The guy at the desk said he had text/emailed to say they had cancelled the reservation due to an issue with the card. This had not happened and his attitude was horrific. Said either pay or leave!! Never will stay...

A lovely B&B guesthouse for the small purse. On suite electric shower and toilet makes the stay really pleasant. Although the building appears to be old, the interior is modern, rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. But that is not the best. The staff is outstanding. Always helpful, reading wishes from your minds and serving a delicious...

Stayed here for 5 nights on business, the arrival didn't go well when I was told I would have to pay £5 per night to use the hotel car park, which is a first. The stay itself was uneventful, the guest house itself has all the soul of a crisp bag, and the staff are disinterested at best. Although the...

For £56.00 per night for BB in Aberdeen, we did not expect a lot. However our room was clean, the bed reasonably comfortable, the breakfast was adequate and the location is very central. The only issue with the room was the bedside lamps: one didn't work and the other was very dim. The decor was dated, but we were in...

I'm staying in the guest house at the moment. And the young guy on reception is really un helpfull. If your in Aberdeen for a course or work avoid this place. You will pay for breakfast and not make it. And won't be offered any alternative. The boy on reception basically told me due to me having to be at...

Stayed many times in Aberdeen on business and know prices for accommodation are inflated. In need of a place to stay ended up here. Would not be my choice and would not have stayed if not on suite (no way sharing a communal toilet). The price of £130 per night is outrageous! No bedding or towelling changed in the 4...
