Table of twelve - booked for 5.30pm. Some arrived very early but the table was ready, some arrived late due to very busy traffic on the Forth Road Bridge! Nothing phased the staff who were all very friendly. Busy restaurant from early evening. Good menu choice, very good food, large portions, reasonably priced - well done. Would definitely book again...

Eaten here in the past and the food had always been good, until tonight. Nachos starter looked liked it had just been microwaved for far too long. No improvement with the main course either. Lasagne was burnt on top and all u could taste was oregano. Chicken fajitas was the worst of all. An already dried up piece of chicken...

Great atmosphere, good, tasty food, great service, friendly staff. Would not hesitate to use again but not cheap. Not a huge menu choice but we enjoyed everything we ordered (party of 4) and all those around us looked pleased with their meals too.

Went with my parents and partner as a belated birthday meal. Plenty staff that were quick and attentive. Food was fantastic and freshly made. Portions were big and very tasty. Desserts were amazing. Would recommend the sticky toffee pudding I will definitely be back for more top quality food 👍

There are not many places in this area open for an evening meal in the middle of the week. So we headed here in the hope a table was available. We weren't disappointed and the quality of the cooking was beyond our expectations. Everything was freshly cooked and had a home baked quality to it. This place is about the...

Food is always tasty, warm and filling. Traditional country restaurant. Steaks come out sizzling. Staff are nice and service is good. Always have a nice meal here. Portions are good. Not much else in the area but would be good for after visiting glamis castle or if you are a local.

Visited for dinner in the restaurant. Upon arriving we stood waiting to be attended to but staff just seemed to ignore us. After getting attention we were served quickly and some staff were very helpful whilst others not so much (I asked a young man about wifi password etc but he didn't seem to want to help:-( the main courses...

A delight to be back to this cosy restaurant. Our lunch was delicious,we all had a different main course and my brother visiting from Arizona said the Fish Pie was so good as to be the best he had ever tasted. The restaurant was full, service was friendly and the standard never fails to impress.

Thank Heather I
