Overall I found my stay here to be fairly good. The welcome could have been better and an offer to help and with my numerous bags would have helped. The room was small but the stunning view made up for it. I cannot fault the room overall as it was comfortable. Have to say the Wi-Fi was excellent which is...

This hotel has an absolutely fabulous position looking over Loch Fyne. The views of the water and distant snow capped mountains are fantastic. The hotel is being refurbished and is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant, particularly at dinner, is good (although the wine is poor value) and the restaurant manager and most of the staff...

We stopped here for one night during our 10 day travels through Scotland. The room and ensuite were modern and clean. We had a room with a view of the lake which was also nice. A great place to stay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

We had lunch here while passing through. The food was fairly nice, though we had a bit of difficulty ordering from the rude, unhelpful young waitress. Other people looked a bit frustrated, too. Some customer service training could come in handy! The other members of staff were friendlier though, and we had a nice view of the loch, so all...

We stayed for 3 nights at the Inn and overall really enjoyed our stay. We were well aware that the hotel is under new ownership and is undergoing an ongoing refurbishment. We were also well aware of some of the more mixed reviews but felt that overall they were positive. On arrival the welcome could not have been warmer, staff...

Me and my boyfriend stayed here in March as we got the night away as a Christmas present, breakfast and dinner were included in the package. The room we stayed in was very dated but was fine for the night. If it weren't for the food I probably would have only given this place 3 stars. We had a fantastic...
