I can't recommend this Hotel enough, the food is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The leisure facilities are excellent and the outdoor jacuzzi is an adventure in the cold and snow. I've visited The Loch Fyne Hotel a number of times and will certainly return.

We booked the 3 night Hogmanay Break and decided to treat ourselves to a suite, so pleased that we did as the suite was well worth the extra money and the robes, slippers, chocolates and the daily water were much appreciated. On arrival on the 30th there was afternoon tea/coffee and cakes/scones which was lovely, with a glass of bubbly...

Have visited here quite a few times since my last review. Toiletries I expect in a hotel of this standard are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, facial tissues, shower cap all of which used to be available. Now reduced to a shampoo and a shower gel a rather sad affair. A very good breakfast apart from the fact of...

We stayed here on a Friday night stop-off on our way to Tarbert. The hotel is very nice, with a welcoming open fire in the reception. Our room (315) was spotless and had a side view of the loch (apparently, the only loch view rooms are the two suites). We enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, but quite...

First night was okay with half the dishes being very good the rest average, On the second night with a different menu all 6 courses were...

What can I say?! This hotel has got a chef who is genuinely interested in serving the best food. It was seasonal (even in winter!), tasty and the six-course taster menu changed every day. The wines they served were good quality too and the girl at the bar is very knowledgeable about the gins and whiskies they serve. At breakfast...

The was a loud pressure relief valve noise outside the window several times during the night. It woke me up at 3am and i was not able to get back to sleep. The staff acknowledged there had been previous complaints before and brushed it aside. The premise of a hotel is to give a good night sleep to everyone and...

As conference organiser I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one is nearly good. We were after a bit of luxury after a tough few days. We were there just before Christmas and there was a nice Christmas tree by the door and a roaring fire to welcome you in. The reception staff were polite and efficient,...
