We had an amazing stay here, the friendliest and coziest guest house we stayed in ever. We had the smallest and cheapest double room, so we didn't expect much. But we were stunned, we had a beautiful view on the water and the Isle of Mull, the room was very warm and comfortable. Memory foam mattress, great shower, everything was really...

Our 3 night stay was too long ! On arrival had to go next door for reception. The guy booked us in , took the money, gave us the key , told us a "little" about places yo eat, then told us where our room was. The only time we saw anyone else was the one & only time we...

It's ok for the price. Since it was the cheapest place to stay in Oban, we went there for the very short night we were in town. It's decent and clean but nothing to write home about. We basically just needed a place to sleep so it was fine with us but if you plan on staying a little while...

Easy to book, very easy to find and park the car. Picking up the key next door and the very warm welcome was just lovely. There is a pub next door which of course runs late at the weekend, dare I suggest go and have a tipple and enjoy rather than make a fuss. The room was clean, bed comfy...

We struggled to find accommodation in Oban so didn't have much choice, and didn't have great expectations. Our room was at the top of the house and had a nice sea view however......... The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet and slid around when you sat on it. Our hostess tray had tea and coffee and an opened...

Thank you Linsay :):):) When I turned up at 7pm, I found that my room was double-booked. Booking.com had messed up. There was NOTHING showing as available in Oban, but Linsay found a spot after placing many calls. A true saint ! Thank you Linsay

We spent 2 nights there. The room was fine and we had the extra small bed for our baby. The breakfast was only continental. Not far from downtown, and there is a free parking 5-10min on foot higher...

Friendly reception. My room probably one of two made out of what may have been a much bigger room (the large window was shared between rooms and split by a partition wall), which was OK except that it was possible to hear guests in the neighbouring room. Continental breakfast was poor: cheap, supermarket type sliced bread dispensed from its waxed...
