Jeremy Inglis Hostel is very good for a hostel. It has some breakfast items like toast and jam and cereal, and the place is self catering. OK, the bathroom is a bit wet on the floor, but most bathrooms are like that so I wouldn't complain. This place isn't amazing for disabled and is a bit hidden away, but it's...

I am kind of between average and very good. The place was good as it was self catering and also the room was quite cosy. The host was friendly and there were nice features in the dining area. The shower, which you had to share, had some hair and there was a lot of water. But overall, this place was...

The side entrance to the Jeremy Inglis Independent Hostel and the sight of the stark concrete stairs that confront you as you enter belie what lies ahead (beyond this, above this): do not be disheartened or deceived by this first impression, for inside (up the stairs) this is the most characterful and colourful and delightfully idiosyncratic place, the best place...

We were there for 2 nights , apart from being a great host , this place makes you realise travelling should be a part of you. Clean toilets , hot shower , the whole kitchen gifted to you , comfy beds with excellent heater. Thanks

The hostel occupies what were probably several separate apartments in one building so to go from one section to another you exit the flat, go up or down the stairs, and into another part. It is in dire need of decoration and I never encountered such a lumpy mattress however if you look in the guest book you will see...

We stayed four nights at the hostel and found it good value for money, clean and friendly and centrally located. It is not a spartan, soulless hostel, but full of character and tends to attract well-seasoned travellers - some stay there for several weeks and regularly return to the hostel. Terence is a very personable manager whose advice on where...

This place was great! this is what a real hostel should be, if your after a clinical boring yha type hostel go elsewhere and leave this place to the people who will apreciate it! Yes so the decor is old and the bed sheets are mismatched and the rooms are like staying at your grandma's place, but thats is what...

I've stayed here twice now with the Mrs and both times we have enjoyed exceptionally welcoming hospitality courtesy of Jeremy and his team. Comfortable rooms filled with character, excellent homemade jam for breakfast and very reasonable prices. It's conveniently close to the main strip as well.

Hostel rooms were small but adequate. Bathrooms were clean. Hostel is located in the center of town; very convenient. Kitchen has wifi & cereal & toast for breakfast. Price is 18 lbs per person which is reasonable.
