We had a very nice night in the romantic boathouse, charming and cosy. It was a birthday night away for my wife and were not disappointed, The boathouse is set on a small fishing lake, which was quit and not overlooked, The boathouse is very well equipped with large kitchen and living room leading down to a romantic bedroom with...

This is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The boathouse is a lovely place to do just that. I would have awarded 5 stars except for a couple of things:the heating clock had not been reset after electricity had been switched off so heating did not come on and it took us a while to reset...

We took our 2 grown up children and their partners here for a weekend. The accomodation was spot on, well equipped and spotless. The setting and scenery are lovely and we had a relaxing time. We also had a bar supper which was excellent value for money. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a tour of a bigger cabin, the style and accommodation is 1st class. We could sit and watch the fish jumping in the water. The restaurant on site is very reasonable and the...
