Lovely friendly hotel. We were upgraded on arrival free of charge. The room was large, bright and spacious with a fantastic view. We were close to the town centre and easy access to amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived to be shown to a room that Scrooge would have loved! Bare and basic. To be fair, it was clean, but then not many items of furniture in there to gather dust! Towels = 1 between 2! Breakfast was extra but we never bothered. For £70 there are much better options!

Second time staying here and after reading recent reviews felt slightly anxious but too late to cancel. We stayed a family of four in a quadruple room , four single beds. Met by a very pleasant girl on arrival and shown to our room. It was warm bright airy and spotlessly clean with ensuite. Our beds were very comfy with...

My friends and I were physically and verbally attacked by the woman running the place. She smelt of alcohol and we needed to call the police. The entire incident was terrifying. Thank goodness the police attended within 20 minutes and we're most helpful. They took statements. Helped us remove our bags and found us alternate accommodation. DO NOT GO THERE.

My experience of this historic guesthouse has been overwhelmingly favourable. I stayed in room one, and found it to be decorated to a high standard. Large comfy double bed, tastefully and attractively furnished with an en suite shower and wc. Breakfast each day I had a table set for me as I had requested and booked it for a specific...

The room was comfortable (ours had been renovated recently) but that was about it for this establishment (value/price was okay). Parking possible nearby. Breakfast unavailable the day we stayed, without any prior notice. Staff wasn't particularly welcoming.

Good B&B in a very convenient location for Dundee. Rooms are very clean with double height ceilings. The girl who greeted us was lovely and very friendly. We would both definitely recommend. One small negative is the lack of car parking. Don't hunk it has a remedy though n

We arrived at this hotel at about 5pm after having being on the road from 9am. On arrival there was no-one to be seen to welcome us just a few post it notes with names and room numbers on them with room keys. We took our key and went upstairs to look at the room, it was spotless, well presented,...
