I placed a booking at this guest house via laterooms this afternoon. Literally 2 hours after the laterooms adviser had phoned through my booking, re-confirmed the room price and my reason for staying, do I get a phone call from the guest house informing me that my booking is in fact, now invalid unless i agree to a close to...

Stayed here in march for a night ... The B&B is very clean, rooms are bright, spacious and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location - quiet area but close enough to all amenities. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 3 nights plus 3 friends. We all agree it was a great place to stay as the land lady couldn't have been more friendly, kind and helpful. All rooms clean, comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

My friend and I stayed at the B&B for 2 nights in October 2010 and we loved our time here. It's outside of the main part of Dundee in a cute and quite area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the host was extremely nice and sweet! She worked very hard to make sure we were...

I had 15 day experience as a guest in this B & B. The place is rated five stars because I found it peaceful, the rooms and wash were clean, food was good and the hospitality was excellent. Mrs Lalitha, the owner is a very friendly lady and she does her best to keep you comfortable. I will definitely opt...

I made a reservation by e-mail once month ago and I was asked for my credit card details, I gave the card number and exp date. When I was asked for the 3 digits at the back, I refused because with all those details, they can charge anything they want anytime they want. I offer instead to pay through a...

I am going to be honest, even though the owner was lovely, we rely on this site when booking accommodation. The B and B is in a quiet street, which is a real advantage. However we are paying good money for this. The double bed was saggy, thankfully there was a single in the room also, so glad there was...

Stayed for two nights in January. I stumbled upon it walking around and could not be happier. The lady who owns it as incredibly nice and made a phenomenal breakfast. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Dundee.
