Very surprised at poor review from previous customer, not our experience at all. We regularly dine here, bar meals, high tea and also dinner, never been disappointed with the food or the service. Why expect strangers to clean your daughter up? I would not want to be served by a waiter whose clothes are smelling of sickness. This business is... More

Celebrated granddaughters birthday early November. High Tea available until 6.30 I think. First time in this establishment and was impressed by decor. Lovely staff, had restaurant to ourselves, it was decorated for Halloween. Food really lovely and loads of it, maybe too much. Asked if we could take cakes home and were given proper containers. Excellent service. Will be back!

Absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service shown from owner after family meal . I recently visited the restaurant with my wife and 3 year old child . We sat down to our meal and had just finished our starters when we were served our main course . We had taken a couple of mouthfuls at most before our... More

Your review does not even deserve a response. You were extremely abusive to our female staff to the point where they were almost in tears, bit of a Bully Boy eh. I really wish there had been waiters on duty This is now the 3rd lot of nasty lying drivel you have come away with, where to you get the... More

We dined here yesterday, went for the 321 menu option. We were given a very friendly welcome and given the choice to sit in restaurant or in the bar area. As there weren't other guests in the restaurant hubby decided on the bar. Very efficient, polite young man showed us to our table and took our order. The food was excellent,would... More

I had heard mixed things about this hotel and restaurant mainly that it was great for curry but not much report on anything else. We went there on our anniversary and chose the fixed price of 321 (3 courses, 2 people, 1 bottle of wine) We both had the Camembert for starter which was delicious with bread and salad. I... More

Although my 4 night stay has not finished yet (on 2nd night ) I feel I need to leave a review. Pleasant hotel with spot on staff and facilities. Currently tucking into an amazing meal courtesy of the room service menus. Although I am here on business I would have no issues booking this hotel if I was visiting Dundee... More

Stayed here for a weekend and found the hotel, the staff and the location to be really excellent. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Michelle was especially good - a lovely lively manner and great fun. The room was really comfortable and clean and the bathroom was excellent with good quality towels... More

We had a table for 20 in the conservatory area of this busy hotel. Our family had a mixture of dishes from the a la cart menu and some had Indian curries. All nice! I had the Cajun chicken which I thought was excellent. Good portion sizes too, although a wee pricy! Followed by some lovely desserts too! We had... More

Food was middle of the road, but charged for full right of way. We found the service was very attentive but the food should be better considering the price of around £20 a curry. Plenty of other places in the area just as good if not better at almost half the price. Kids food menus are a complete afterthought, £5... More

I booked 2 rooms (1x double and 1x twin) in the Hotel Broughty Ferry for family who were travelling to Scotland to play golf. I live locally so did not stay at the hotel but the feedback I received from them was very complimentary. They stated that the rooms were fine (@ £60 per night it would be hard to... More
