Very nice accommodation, especially the en suite room. Best of all is the breakfast and the hospitality! It is very convenient for our personal use, visiting relatives. May be a little far from town for most people but there are super bus services from just outside or a very nice 35 minute walk VI's the Botanical Gardents and through the...

This bed and breakfast is one of our favourite places to stay in Edinburgh. The hospitality of Liz the owner is excellent and her Scottish breakfast is superb. Its warm and comfortable with plenty of nice little touches. This is our second visit and wont be our last. There is ample parking at the B&B and the bus stop is...

Stayed with Liz three nights in pink room for three. Cozy. Nice view of backyard. Very nice Scottish breakfasts. We had a very early flight out of Edinburgh, but Liz prepped a nice continental breakfast tray for us the night before. Liz is a former teacher, so she was unfazed by the endless stream of silly questions from my 8...

Warm, efficient, clean, and what a lavish breakfast! Lady most welcoming, well connected (by bus) to the center of Edinburgh. Quiet neigborhood. We had a nice (pink) room for three. Modern and nice bathroom.

Happy to recommend this very good place for business or pleasure. It's not that close to the centre but in a nice neighbourhood. For one person it is excellent value, for two people you pay per person per night so near on £90 for the room. Not cheap, but in keeping with Edinburgh. Nicer than a hotel if you don't...

We stayed there for a week when we brought our son to study at Fettes College. The location is convenient for going to school and to downtown. The rooms were clean and tidy and we enjoyed the good breakfast and especially the variety of fruits provided each morning.

We had a wonderful stay at the Invertruin B&B over New Year. The rooms were lovely and well stocked. The location was great (only a 10 minute cab from the centre of town) and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Elizabeth was an excellent host. Thank you!

Stayed here one night while in Edinburgh for a family get together. We were travelling with my brother and his wife over from Australia, visiting remembered places in Scotland. Lovely guesthouse. Delightful owner. Spotless. Comfortable. Best scrambled eggs ever for breakfast.
