Excellent location - 5 mins from Waverley station and all main shops and attractions of Princes Street and the city centre , rooms immaculate - food very good - we only sampled 3 course fixed meal (as part of our DB&B package) and breakfast next...More

Apex Waterloo is exactly where you need to be, stayed previously and will definitely stay again. Beautifully decorated accommodation and very friendly staff with all the facilities that you need during your stay.

Stayed here before and would return but it is pricey. Did not bother with breakfast as thought too expensive considering the cost of the room. Grouting in the shower was stained but room otherwise was excellent. Liked the fresh coffee sachets!

Simply spot on location: basically take the lift to Waverley Station...short walk across North Bridge, is at the end of Princes Street and a very short walk to Calton Gardens for fantastic views of the sea and city.

I would check out the spa at Apex Waterloo on Waverly Place. It's very nice and not too expensive.
