For many years, my husband & I have intended to attend the Edinburgh Festival. At long last, we did so a couple of weekends ago with friends. We decided to stay overnight somewhere on the Saturday night instead of rushing for the last train, or nominating a driver! It was a struggle to get reasonably priced accommodation or a Guest...

Stayed at Maura the third time now! She's very friendly, nice breakfast (once she prepared some 'early take away breakfast' for us cause we had an early flight) Quiet location but very handy. Some minutes drive (or by bus) to the airport. Bus stop (to airport and city centre) within 2 min. walk. We'll definitely return next time!

We stayed only one night at Aurora B&B, because our plane was quite late in the evening and we didn't want to go far after our arrival. We didn't check for recommendations beforehand and were really surprised that we had found such a jewel. Aurora is a very small B&B with only two rooms (not en-suite, but with a tidy...

We recently spent one night here for a concert in Edinburgh. Maura was so friendly and helpful and really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, absolutely spotless with plenty tea and coffee. Lovely breakfast, so much choice and all tastes catered for, cooked breakfast, continental, lots of cereal, toast, juice, tea and coffee. The...

Stayed here one night as I had an early flight the next morning. Very comfortable room, quiet and spacious. The teabags were plentiful and of excellent quality - unlike many other places I have stayed in! Very convenient for bus stop to catch the airport express bus, and Maura is friendly, helpful and informative. Thank you!

We spent 3 wonderful nights at Aurora B&B!! Highly recommend for your next Edinburgh adventure. Its location was perfect for everything we wanted to visit. Maureen even took the time to walk us to the bus stop our first morning to make sure we got on the right one!! The rooms were so cozy that my 3 teenage girls wanted...

From the moment we stepped into this B&B, we felt welcome. Maura, is an absolutely lovely and helpful host and I could not fault her. The rooms were clean and inviting and the beds were very comfortable. Although the B&B is situated near the airport, there was no noise polution and transport to the city centre was very straight forward....

When we arrived around 10.30pm in Aurora B&B, Maura welcomed us with a big smile. She was interested in the things we were planning to do the next few days. She showed us the rooms, which were very nice and clean. We asked for 2 double rooms and got 1 double and a twin. The bathroom was shared but we...
