Clean, modern and well priced. We will definitely be back! Only a 20ish minute walk to the Royal Mile. Not a lot of parking spaces available but we managed to liaise with other guests to sort the parking arrangements. Staff were also helpful.

Stayed one night and was more than comfortable Room was small (as advertised) but comfortable and with a large window Bed was excellent and breakfast buffet great and only £6.50 I hope to stay here again soon
