We just got back from our first trip to Scotland. I found this B & B through trip advisor and emailed. Ron and Julie responded right away. They were accommodating with our arrival time and were very flexible when our flight was delayed! The B & B itself is charming and comfortable with spacious, clean rooms and a very comfortable...

Booked on a family recommendation and our stay certainly lived up to all expectations, and then some. Both Ron and Julie were very helpful and accommodating right from the first email when we inquired about availability. This certainly helped set the tone from the off, giving the booking a more personal feel. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted into a...

We visited for a single evening and had a wonderful stay. The property is well situated in close proximity to the high street with many restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. The Hermitage Braids is a 2 minute walk away and has many beautifully scenic walking and running routes. The hosts were so accommodating and imparted great information about the area...

I have stayed at Morningside a number of times while in Edinburgh on business and I love it. It makes such a difference to be in a lovely, clean welcoming environment when working. Rooms are immaculate and the breakfasts delicious. Morningside is a little further out of the main city centre but only a 10 minute bus ride (buses are...

My mum and I along with some of her friends stayed here again after two years. Everything was still excellent. The beds were warm and comfy. The location is great! Just across a bus stop that takes you straight into the main shopping street. Breakfast cooked by Ron was amazing and we had nice chats with him as well. You...

First rate B & B; room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. The breakfast room overlooked the school which was entertaining. Ron provided a fabulous breakfast and gave us a key to let ourselves back in when back late. Bus stop was across the road and takes 20 mins to get to the centre. WIFI in room. Very welcoming hosts, would...
