The Regis guest house is an average b&b. For the price you pay you get the basics. Staff were friendly and informative and the rooms were clean. Only drawback is the breakfast is further down the street which is not ideal.
First the good things: Heater worked and breakfast was good, except for the hair in the egg.
I will only comment on the things they could fix. We were in the triple in the front of the Regis House.

Shabby & tired room, cold bathroom, but fairly spacious for a family of 4. Nice breakfast. Really doubt I will ever want to return again, even though you are unlikely to get anything for 65£ a night anywhere else.
