Love this hotel, rooms are beautiful and very comfortable with typical period features from an old building but very modern in decor, breakfast is served in the Turquoise Restaurant which is tastefully decorated and service is good but a little more attention to detail would...More

When we first walked into the hotel, we found the reception small and perhaps a little tired and we were very slightly concerned, which proved totally unjustified. Everything else was so perfect that we have still given the hotel five stars. As seasoned travellers there...More

Our visit here for a 3 night stay was underwhelming. Luggage drop off/taxi pick ups etc almost impossible and parking whilst close by is very expensive, even when booked in advance. The tram does stop directly at the door, so a good option for those...More

Unsure about the fitness suite but parking is heavily discounted for hotel guests at the Omni Centre QPark car park - take the parking token to the hotel and they'll validate it for you. Cost us £5 for almost 24 hours.

Yes they did give me a map, which was easy to follow. It's also a friendly city to walk and almost all the sights are within walking distance of each other.
