Yes, their concierge is extremely friendly and helpful ... not sure about the lounge but I am pretty sure they do have. They do have a lounge at the reception, and always busy.. I do recommend for a drink there:)

No, there is no executive lounge but there is a full concierge service. There are several lounge areas but none of them are "club" style lounges with complimentary food and drink.
