Lovely Hotel very tastefully decorated,nice touch with the fresh flowers,quiet area,a few public houses within walking distance,buses every 10mins to town centre.Lovely gardens,and great conservatory.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had the triple room for double occupancy. Massive room which was spotless with lovely en suite and good shower. The beds are comfy with nice quilts which kept us warm. Breakfast was excellent, all you could ask for....More

We are located just over a mile from the Royal Mile. You can easily walk there or take the bus. We have double beds and large king-size beds.
