We arrived there last week end, the guest house is very nice and no too far away from the city centre by bus. However, what made our holiday was the lovely and friendly stuff. The Italian girl Vanessa is absolutely lovely girl who gives to you all the information you need to know about the city. She is very professional...

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this lovely, traditional guesthouse from the 28th January until 3rd of February. We arrived very early the day of chec-in but theitalian girl who welcomed us was really friendly and explained us that the room wasn't ready but we could leave our luggage in the hotel and come back anytime to collect the key....

We arrived an hour or so before the check in time but the lovely lady who answered the door said it was fine to check in then. She was very friendly and showed us around the breakfast area and gave us all the information we needed. The guesthouse is situated out of the city centre, about 40 minutes on foot....

The location is strategic! About 15mins or less to the city centre aka Princes Street. It's also overlooking the beautiful Edinburgh skyline. The staff at the guest house are all so warm, wwelcoming and resourceful. The food was great as well. I had full Scottish breakfast every day and it was a delight! Although they have a buffet selection of...

I stayed at this guest house from the 25th to 27th Nov with my two friends as we wanted to go to the Christmas market, do a ghost tour and go to the zoo! The guest house is just outside of town however there is a bus stop right outside with good transport links in and out of the city!...

Heriott Park Hotel is more of a Bed & Breakfast Guest house than a hotel. We booked a family room for three people and whilst there was three single beds, there was only two cups, two biscuits etc. The bathroom was very small and the shower was broken so we had to shower holding the shower head in one hand...

This is a lovely place to stay. The staff are really friendly. Check in was really easy and straight forward. The breakfast was lovely and filling. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The central heater has a thermostat that works and you can control the temperature of the room. The location was lovely and really accessible. There is a bus...

the guesthouse is situated in a nice and pretty part of Edinburgh. The breakfast was good. However, the wifi reception was very poor and we could access it only in few locations. Got a horrible rash on both my arms after 2 days of stay. Got the bed sheets changes as was worried of BED BUGS , which if present...

The guest house is nice and the included breakfast delicious. The owners are lovely, eager to please and excellent hosts. Very helpful!! Our accommodations were clean. Shower very small but workable. Our room was on the street side and we could hear the noises clearly. It wasn't a problem for us. I give this a four for one reason only....
