Spent six nights there and enjoyed it very much. Lovely comfortable room, very convenient, quiet street , friendly people and great breakfast. Parking on the street, buses at the door and very walkable to many things. And of course there is adorable Vera.

I stayed 3 nights at Ardmor House just last week. Robin is a warm and welcoming host! The location is on a quiet street, right on a bus line which goes to Ocean Terminal and the Britannia. Going the other way, the bus goes up the hill to the city centre in 5-10 minutes. Or the walk to the city...

We stayed at Ardmore House for two nights over the last week-end in September. The location is great if you don't mind a little walk to all the sights, the benefit of this is the free on-street parking, (Not to be sniffed at in Edinburgh) but if you don't like walking, buses go right past the door to either the...

We had a 2 night stay at Ardmor House during the Fringe Festival and could not have been happier. Homemade shortbread and refreshments provided upon arrival, amazing breakfast, reasonable walk to area attractions, ample street parking, very comfortable room, and wonderful hosts (including their sweet little pup, Vera). Highly recommend.

We stayed at Ardmor House for 5 nights during the Edinburgh Festival. Our room was delightful, one of the best we've stayed in. Very roomy and well kept and appointed with everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Robin welcomed us with homemade shortbread and refreshments and made us feel at home immediately. He was always on hand if...

The Ardmor house is immaculate. Robin and Barry along with Alex, who attends to your breakfast and room during your stay are all extremely friendly and very attentive. We could not forget to mention their dog "Vera", what a treat she is! We enjoyed hot breakfast every morning along with the usual items available to you at most all B&B's....

We enjoyed our lovely, comfortable room, clean with all the little extras. The dining room with the expertly prepared breakfasts was a treat. It was very easy to navigate the city, with a bus stop right outside the door. Robin and Alex took very good care of us, and Vera, of course entertained us, with a wag of her tail....

The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Princes street with all it's attractions and shops who for those who want to have some retail therapy. Robin was the perfect host and made us very welcome even when our key broke...

Lovely B&B!! Everyone was so friendly and accomodating! The rooms were comfortable and up to date. Little issue with the wifi, however that could have been our phones. Always greeted with a smile and friendly "hello". Yummy breakfast with lots of options as well. A little far out from the center but right across from a nice park and bus...

This is a really lovely B&B just outside the city centre of Edinburgh. I was in one of the upstairs front bedrooms, which was great; spacious & clean and quiet despite the road outside. The best thing about Ardmor House though was the very warm welcome and friendliness of the staff, all of whom were lovely. The owner, Robin, took...
