Beautiful Bed and Breakfast located just outside of new town (about 15mins walk to Princes Street). Perfect Location, great room, super clean, very good breakfast and awesome hosts (Dave and Liz). Would recommend 100% and would definitely stay there again.

They made our stay so enjoyable and were on hand day or night if needed. They gave great advise on where to visit in Edinburgh and were so welcoming...

I booked a room in June for this New Years Eve and I got an email only at the end of October from the owner telling me that there was an error with the price of the initial booking and that the price of...

Cheap plastic windows can't be closed so you feel like you are sleeping in the middle of the street. The house smells some insect poison. The wi-fi is sporadic. The interior of the room is cheap and trashy with...

Free WiFi was an added bonus as I was working in Edinburgh and needed internet access. I stayed in the twin room which had no on-suite but this...

It is not central located but it is 10 - 15 minutes walk from the city center, which is fine. Rooms are nice, toilets are cleaned and good. Not noisy, nice and tasty breakfast. Not expensive at all. The house is nice and cozy.
