Great location within easy walking distance to City Centre. There is also a bus stop about a block away. As a solo traveler, my ensuite room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Parking is also available. I arrived early and they graciously held my luggage until my room was ready. Good...

My wife and I and our three adult children and their spouses stayed at the Strathallan Guest House for two nights. Very accommodating service, excellent location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a B&B in Edinburgh.

Great B&B. We stayed here December last year. Good value for money and within walking distance or a short bus ride away from city centre. Room was clean and comfortable and staff really friendly. We've booked to stay again December 16.

Great location as it was very convenient to walk to the city center. Off street parking available. Staff were very friendly. The room was a good size - bathroom was a bit dated. The B&B could have been a bit cleaner - rooms and breakfast area - but still a good place to stay and enjoy Edinburgh

A lovely stay. Everyone was helpful and kind. Room 7 (top of the stairs, third floor) was just the right size for us, shared with my daughter. The room has a double bed, much larger than double in the US. Great sky light window that faces West, perfect for night views. Remember to pull the shade down when sunny out,...

We booked a room at this guesthouse for 2 adults and 2 children for 4 nights during the Fringe festival in early August. The location was great and the bus to the city centre was outside the property. Firstly I must say check in was really seamless. The owner was very personable and helpful. The room was good with a...
