Can't ask for more at this friendly / modern and welcoming B&B , although outside the centre of Edinburgh, it's a ten min bus ride to the centre , Michael and Kate the owners are very knowledgeable about the local area and how to get about which is extremely helpful , would recommend if planning a visit to Edinburgh

We stayed in a lovely room with a very nice shower and bed. The breakfast was delicious and the owners lovely. Our dog really enjoyed the stay too. It is a short bus ride to the city centre. Definitely recommend this guest house.

I enjoyed an overnight stay in order to attend a night out. The guest house was very conveniently located for me. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely - poached eggs cooked to perfection. I asked for a dining recommendation and ended up at The Orchard which is fairly nearby and enjoyed one of the...

View for the front family room on the first floor was spectacular, Edinburgh castle is in full view and they were testing the lights for Hogmanay. It was brilliant. The welcome was warm as...

We stayed here in August 2016 and felt very lucky to find accommodations anywhere given that the Edinburgh Festival was happening, but Garfield House would be a great stay anytime. Charming and homey; good location about 20-30 minutes' walk from central attractions and right on bus line. Martin was a tremendous host, full of suggestions about where to go walking...
