This was our first visit to this hotel and it is an excellent, cheaper alternative to the Edinburgh city centre hotels. The hotel is what you would expect from a Premier Inn and is clean and well decorated. We had two rooms and they were both very good. The breakfast is also good although a few times they ran out...

we stayed here for a 3 night break in a family room, 2 adults and 1 child, we booked in advance and it cost around £184 and thats with breakfast at the neighbouring brewers fayre. The rooms were clean and comfy and very quiet, this is excellent value for money. There's a nice Italian called Prezzo, just 2 mins walk...

Great hotel, just a short distance from edinburgh city centre, in a great location. The room was clean, tidy and modern and housekeeping did a superb job everyday. All the staff were very friendly and breakfast had a brilliant selection and quality. We had a sea view room, which made our stay even better. Bus stops outside for pick up...

great location on the waterfront, about 20 min bus trip in to city centre (dont get a taxi as about £10 each way, whereas £4.00 each way on bus). Hotel was clean, however, our room had mould above the shower in the bathroom and also the net curtain was covered in mould obviously where the window gets condensation on it....

Stayed here again whilst working in Fettes Row in Edinburgh, just a short 2.5 mile drive away. This is a good location for driving to central Edinburgh as there is nothing like the traffic coming from airport or south. Hotel is usual good standard, staff efficient and friendly, good views looking up the Forth towards bridge if on water side...

I was quite disappointed with the room and the access as the lift was out of order all during the visit. My room was never cleaned and that meant no bin emptying or bathroom cleaned during the three days. The staff on reception were really nice and helpful when we needed information. So very mixed views on this hotel.

Had a room overlooking the Firth of Forth, just a shame the lift was broken because the view from a higher level would've been lovely (wheelchair user in my family) room was spacious and comfortable, brewers fayre next door staff couldn't be more helpful
