I'm sure I am repeating much of what was said before when I say that Kingsburgh House is a wonderful place to stay. The house and room (we stayed in the four poster room and I can utterly recommend it) were fabulous. Tastefully decorated with all the facilities you need - and lots of nice touches to make it extra...

Very warm & professional welcome. Very comfortable, clean large and and airy room. Breakfast was brilliant and there are many 5 star hotels that could learn from them. Would thoroughly recommend.

Kingsburgh House is a B&B with the dreams of a luxury hotel. It is a great little place to stay in Edinburgh. It was very clean, beautiful fixtures and fittings. Breakfasts were delicious with an excellent choice. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Stayed there for two nights over September weekend and it is hard to imagine how we could have had a better stay anywhere else. We were allocated a four poster bed room that was beautifully appointed. Every possible facility and amenity was available and we really felt pampered by the welcoming and friendly owners. Breakfast the next morning would have...

We stayed here with my Husband and his family. It was his 50th Birthday and I had planned the surprise of getting his family from Canada over to join us. The couple who own and run the Kingsburgh were right in there with me planning the surprise and helping organize where to meet. They also made some excellent recommendations for...

I have to say the whole experience was fantastic, no wonder she is fully booked all year. She welcomed us with a complimentary drink, wine or beer, and sherry in...

Kingsburgh House was a great pick for our trip to Edinburgh!! When we first came in, we were kindly offered complimentary wine, beer, sherry, and chocolates!!! This was such a wonderful touch. It is a small boutique hotel located a little bit outside the city centre of Edinburgh - although it was a little bit outside, it was only about...

Stayed for 2 nights with my sister at this fabulous little guest house. Andrena and Alan are the nicest people that I have come across in along time. We arrived after 4 hours of driving, to be warmly welcomed by Andrena, She showed us to our twin room which was on the ground floor. The room was beautiful with windows...
