I stayed at Ard-na-said for a midweek business trip. I stayed in the Wallace room and could not believe the opulent room (massive four poster bed) which was absolutely spotless. Very picturesque and rivals many of the high end hotels and boutique B&Bs which I have stayed in throughout the world. Very close to all attractions but very peaceful -...

Fantastic guest house close to the commonwealth pool and in a quiet street. Steven was very accommodating to the swimmers needs around their breakfast time and was very cheerful even at the early starts. Our rooms were lovely , full of character and spotless.

We spent a lovely weekend at Ard na Said. This a wonderful place to stay. Everything is so comfortable, clean and so looked after. Chocolates on the towels always help 😉. We walked into Edinburgh although the bus is close by. The local pub is very welcome.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Wallace Room - the house is fantastic & the Wallace Room was amazing. Very spacious room with a good view from the side window. The room was full of lovely period furniture, & then the benefit of a nice modern en-suite bathroom. Parking at the premises was a bonus too. The staff are...

I stayed there for 5 nights. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was really modern. I liked the fact that the manager of the guest house is always here for you, always willing to help you if you need, for example, some good informations on the city. For instance he told us to go see the Rosslyn Chappels which...

We stayed here over a weekend to visit Edinburgh. The place is really close to city center, buses and cheap taxis are easy. The house is beautiful and the host is fabulous. Have already recommended for friends.

We stayed in the Wallace suite which certainly did not disappoint - we even found ourselves staring at awe at the ceiling which was spectacular. We would recommend to anyone wanting to feel like a king or queen for the night (or three!)!
