Pamela and Keith (the owners) made our stay so comfortable with their friendly and welcoming attitude. Beautiful place to stay and convenient for town with a bus stop right outside. The Number 10 and 27 bus will take you directly into town in literally 10mins. Breakfast was beautiful too. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would be back myself...

We stayed here for one night as a place to drop our bags off and sleep after visiting the markets and seeing some sights. The owners Keith and Pamela were very welcoming and friendly, gave helpful guidance on the bus routes and city etc. Our room was originally a double en suite family room on the top floor but after...

Stayed here last weekend, on a short weekend to see edinburgh christmas markets, ideal location for getting into city, no need to take car as bus right outside and very frequent. Very clean , comfortable and cosy. Very warm welcome, very informative hosts, overall great experience and slept like a log

We travelled to Edinburgh to catch up with distant relatives and see some sights and had been recommended Lindsay Guest House as a pace to stay - where we did for 3 nights in September. What a lovely place - very comfortable ground floor room, fresh air from the garden ( warm weather) excellent hosts and quality vegetarian breakfast to...

We were booked here when our reservation at another B&B was canceled. I think we were fortunate this happened. Spent three nights and enjoyed our stay; great hosts, quiet location, beautiful facility, good breakfast and good bus connections. We look forward to visiting again.

This was the last of nine B&Bs of my third Scotland trip. I am fussy which 5 star rating I give. Here I find all in order to warrant this rating: the hosts and their house is spotless in all aspect of a good house to recommend it to other travellers. Keith is a perfect host and will provide all...

Thank you for kindly taking the time to review. We are pleased that you thought the Guest House was nice. Room 1 is as you say the only room that is close to the owners accommodation. Many guests request this room as it is very quiet and faces to the rear although we do appreciate that some noise may be...

I have spent 2 nights at the Lindsay with my son and we loved the homely feel of this guesthouse. For us the location was perfect, near a tennis centre where my son had a tournament and close to the town centre( 10 minutes bus ride). Pamela and Keith are the perfect hosts: friendly and relaxed, always with a smile...
