This was the last of nine B&Bs of my third Scotland trip. I am fussy which 5 star rating I give. Here I find all in order to warrant this rating: the hosts and their house is spotless in all aspect of a good house to recommend it to other travellers. Keith is a perfect host and will provide all...

Thank you for kindly taking the time to review. We are pleased that you thought the Guest House was nice. Room 1 is as you say the only room that is close to the owners accommodation. Many guests request this room as it is very quiet and faces to the rear although we do appreciate that some noise may be...

I have spent 2 nights at the Lindsay with my son and we loved the homely feel of this guesthouse. For us the location was perfect, near a tennis centre where my son had a tournament and close to the town centre( 10 minutes bus ride). Pamela and Keith are the perfect hosts: friendly and relaxed, always with a smile...

Thank you for writing such an excellent review and providing future guests an idea of our location and breakfast. So sorry that we could not provide you with haggis during your 2 days but we do vary this most days just to give foreign guests in particular a taster of traditional Scottish foods. Maybe I just wanted pleasant gusts to...

The room was lovely, mine host charming and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious with a fresh fruit salad each morning. Being able to leave our car, we could either walk into Edinburgh along the canal just at the back of the guest house or catch one of the frequent buses. Many thanks for a very comfortable stay!

Great experience in Edinburgh. The owners of the house were extremely attentious. The room was cozy and had a good selection of amenities (good tea, coffee, biscuits). We booked near new years so we got a shared bathroom, which was always clean, always heated, good shower. It's in a quiet region and kind of far from the town centre so...
