Stayed here for one cold and snowy night. Warm welcome at reception, good sized spotless room. We were going to get the tram into Edinburgh and dine there, but due to blizzards we stayed and ate in the hotel - Good move, the staff were brilliant, the food was good and the price was acceptable. Our main waiter was Costa...

Clean hotel, very good bedroom and great swimming pool, sauna and gym. Restaurant is ok. Good location, close to the airport and 15 minutes from centre. Near the train station. There is a shopping mall in front of it, you can buy anything extra.

The service was great and very accommodating. The hotel, even tho outside Edinburgh city centre, had good tram connections to the city. It is modern and well kept. The spa that was included in the stay was great an a cold, rainy day, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. Got to try haggis and black pudding too! The...

Once again a fantastic stay at Novotel in Edinburgh park. The hotel itself is in great condition - contemporary and clean to a high standard. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent location, facilities and the level of customer service is fantastic. The train and tram are extremely close to the hotel which makes it simple to commute the short distance into the city. Why would you pay the high prices of a city hotel when this one is perfectly located on the outskirts!

Lovely modern hotel, actually booked this location by accident as i thought it was the city centre novotel and panicked when i realised! This hotel was £45 cheaper than the city centre one and the tram stops right next to it for only £1.50 so it worked out better! Room was lovely, nice queen bed. Only downfall was all the...

Stayed 2 weekends in a row, Good standard of room, being used to Novotel everything was mostly similar and nice to have pool and steam room facilities. Great public transport links and everything you need in hotel or nearby including tescos for any forgotten essentials :). The standout though is the excellent customer service, staff at reception, in the leisure...
