What a great spot! Friendly staff, good food, very clean and quiet. Close to the city and all transportation. Great pubs nearby. Bag storage, quick check in, book early. You can get a tram right outside to the hotel to the ground

Stayed here when visiting Edinburgh. What a little gem. Staff were so friendly and helpful . The room was nice and comfy and asked for a room with a view. We were not disappointed. Would recommend this hotel highly.
