Stayed on Bank holiday Monday, arrived slightly early but our room was ready. Staff were very friendly and informative with suggestions of things for us to do during our stay. Clean comfortable room as always. Love Premier Inn always get whats on the tin 😀

The hotel and staff were great. Our room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. Despite it being a holiday weekend, the hotel was quiet, perhaps this was because it is slightly out of town? The free wifi was great, and there were plenty of plug sockets in the room - these things matter! Our only complaint would be the Brewers...

Stayed here for 2 nights over Easter with my husband and 9 year old son. Could not fault it at all. Room modern and clean. Was even cleaned and replenished for our 2nd night. Came back to clean towels and our bed made. Food in the adjoining Brewers Fayre was very nice with very polite staff. Lovely breakfast each day....

Hotel and staff very good, room modern and clean, but restaurant and bar not so good, tables not cleared, food ran out and quite a wait to be replenished, no one around to seat us, so seated ourselves.

Tried again in Restaurant as advertising was very prominent and told could only do at reception. This was very frustrating and more...

The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great with lots of coffee choices, and facilities were very up to date. My favorite place to stay on this trip. Very...

Hotel was very good and central to a main road so you can hop in the car and go and explore. The staff are fantastic and go over and above their job role to provide exceptional customer service. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with 'Hello' and if you have a query or need advice...

Hotel and staff cannot fault, but let down by Brewers Fayre next door. Dinner took ages and when it finally did arrive it was cremated literally and inedible, thankfully breakfast was a different experience.

Great stay lovely rooms very clean! Up to date! Up this way slot so will probably stay again soon! Lovey friendly staff! Only downside you can hear cars on the road and boy racers with their noisey exhausts that's the only downside!
