Selected this hotel due to proximity to the company I was visiting for 3 days as it was only 5 min drive away. Car Parking was no problem. Was upgraded to a double room which was clean and well furnished although I would say that I did notice quite a bit of dust behind the TV on the wall. The...

Stayed here for 2 nights over the Easter weekend for my husband's birthday and this was our 3rd visit to the hotel. Lovely warm friendly welcome back from the reception staff and Gill, the Manager. Room was excellent (we had requested a specific room and the staff kindly arranged for us to get this one). We had lunch in the...

First time I've been here for about 5 years and it seems they have went down a wee bit. I was in a small room which I don't mind however the bathroom was that small I struggled to sit on loo. If I was staying more than 1 night I may think again about booking.

Was here for work, overall good hotel, helpful staff, nice and quiet stay. Room was nice and clean, bathroom was lovely! Food was good, The Chicken Pakour burger was amazing! From order to delivery to room was 10 minutes max! I think if a continental breakfast is requested a bit more selection would be great! Overall good stay!

We travelled to Scotland from South Wales, long trip on the coach, for a rugby weekend. We found the room and hotel warm and welcoming, good food, although only 1 veg each dinnertime so not very colourful. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.Fortunately for us it was an organised trip as it didn't appear much to do in Grangemouth...

Stayed here for 2 nights for a family wedding. Thankfully the wedding event went very well, food and service were very good and staff were helpful and friendly BUT another very noisy and disruptive wedding party stayed at the hotel on our first night. There was shouting, swearing and arguing, with members of the party running up and down outside...

Stayed here with my husband and 2 children for 2 nights. On arrival we were told that we weren't in the actual hotel but in a building that was close by. When we first entered the room it seemed ok. The room was a good size, had everything you'd need but was a little bit grubby. There was a sofa...

We travelled up on the Friday for 2 nights. Me and my wife, mother in law, daughter in law with husband and kids in tow. 3 rooms our double was fine, mother in laws single room was a good size but poorly furnished, tires and no hot water. Family room was spacious and appeared at first clean and tidy, but...
