A long established family run guest house offering a great location for exploring the sights of St Andrews, lovely rooms that provide home comforts and of course a full Scottish breakfast that has been awarded 'Taste our Best' by Visit Scotland. Only a few minutes walk from the town centre, pubs, restaurants and cafe bars. All the main tourist attractions can be easily reached including St Andrews Castle and Cathedral, Botanical Gardens, stunning beaches and the famous 'Old Course'. The location is also ideal for visitors to the University Buildings of the North Haugh. This charming family run 10 bedroom Victorian town house offers bed and breakfast accommodation, whatever your reason for visiting.
A group of us stayed, whilst walking the fife Coastal Path. Lovely rooms & and excellent breakfast. The guest house is well located (easy access to restaurants etc), but in a quiet area. We were well looked after by Catrina & her team. Thank you.

Had an overnight stay here in this lovely guest house, near to centre of St.Andrews but in a quiet location. Our room was spotless and very comfortable with everything we needed - selection of tea bags, coffee, chocolate biscuits, and quality toiletries were provided in the en-suite shower room. Hand sanitizers were in place at reception area and also on the upper floors. Our breakfast was delicious - pre-ordered the night before- a great choice from cereals, yogurts, muesli, etc and cooked breakfast was so tasty. We definitely hope to stay here again sometime. Thank you.

This ten roomed guest house sits at the edge of the town centre and provided everything we needed although the cost reflected the high desirability of accommodation in St Andrews. We had a double and a single bed in our room and a large shower room. The host was helpful with recommending restaurants and with times of church services. Breakfast, full of golfers, included fruit and croissants and the usual selection of cooked.

Very good guesthouse in St Andrews. Very friendly service, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Great location and only a few minutes walk to town and to the golf courses. Close to the bus station which is especially good if you catch the buss from Leuchars train station. Highly recommended.

Owners are as nice as can be. Check in, check out and breakfasts were on time and excellent. Price is very fair. Stayed in a single room for five nights. Small but practical for a golfer that is not there much. Bed was fine. Heat was warm the first couple nights and I think it was off for the next three. Wish I knew how to turn it on. Worth asking. Location is near South Street on Argyle. About a 12 minute walk to the Old Course and 3 minutes into town and Student Union. Near plenty of restaurants. Parking was good. Have used this place a number of times and haven’t been disappointed.

This guest house is situated just outside the town with only 5 minutes walk to reach the centre. A family run business with friendly staff, great food and nice extra touches to make your stay great and memorable. The staff went out of their way to help us and offered tea and coffee in the main lounge at no extra cost.

so it doesn't look like much from outside & you need to park on the street, but there are the only downfalls. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. I have a nice sized room with a private bath and the lounge/living room is just lovely; a great place to read, have a drink and just relax. Breakfast was excellent! I had scrambled eggs with salmon & coffee with a French Press. Plus, there's a pub on the corner and walking distance to just about everything!

We arrived on the late side coming from way north but Catrina was there to welcome us. We asked how far a certain restaurant was from there and she said it was good but small and called to get a reservation for us (it was the Vine Leaf-very good). Our room was upstairs but comfortable and as mentioned by others had nice toiletries. My husband took a walk on the golf course before dinner-it was close as was the old town. As mentioned, parking was on the street but it was pretty easy to park right in front of the guest house. Breakfast was very good and plentiful and I had the best porridge (for those of us who like it!) of the trip. We would stay here again and recommend this guest house.
