This is a lovely place for a wedding. The gardens were beautiful and very scenic. Organisation for the wedding was planned well and the service and food was excellent. Nothing was too much bother. Only criticism was the cost of the overnight stay. Far too expensive.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our accommodations were spacious, comfortable, well decorated and overlooked a private and beautiful garden. They have a very nice, quiet, upscale bar area where we enjoyed a night cap. While there we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinner. I highly recommend.

For the price we were paying and having stayed here before we had high expectations. We did have some issues with dinner, however the receptionist on departure dealt with this really efficiently and well. It was just unfortunate that we had the issues in the first place.

This is our second time staying at the Rufflets Hotel. It is a truly magical place. An amazing setting, fabulous food and a great staff. I am a coeliac and they were able to accommodate my allergy. The location is fabulous for golfers, as we were able to get to all of the golf courses within 15-30 minutes. We will be back!

Rufflets Hotel is a very lovely place, we highly recommend it. We had a really good time there. We appreciated the wonderful garden, the confort of the room and the kindness of the staff. And the restaurant is perfect.

This is a beautiful property situated approximately two miles outside of the town of St Andrews. The staff are friendly and professional and go out of their way to be helpful. We stayed in a cottage at the front of the property and away from the main hotel. The cottage was well appointed, clean, spacious and comfortable. We were only there one night but would love to go back and spend more time. The lobby, bar and restaurant were lovely as well. I hope to return again one day.

Decided to book this hotel to celebrate my mum’s special birthday and it did not disappoint. Everything was perfect-hotel, staff, location and most definitely the food which was outstanding. The experience was very memorable and I cannot recommend enough. There’s nothing I would change and I look forward to a return visit 😊

We chose a turret room (Room 11) with a balcony and ensuite. The accommodations were spacious and lovely. I did not see an elevator, but staff assisted with our bags. We only had one night here, but wish we had longer to enjoy such a wonderful room.

Four golfers, one wife, and one daughter lodged at the Rufflets Hotel from April 27-30, 2023. Reception handled all suitcases and golf carry bags/clubs with efficiency and friendliness. Reception also reported and requested a replacement rental vehicle immediately after being informed of the problem so we could enjoy lunch in St. Andrews. The entire staff at the Rufflets was courteous, efficient and service oriented. Breakfast was superb four mornings. We had one dinner and it was delicious. The rhubarb desert was exceptional.
