This is part of the Tourist Hostel group where you get a discount for staying at their other hostels once you’ve stay at one. Also nice centrally located place near the bus to train station. Walkable to supermarkets and sights in town. I stayed there around May, 2014.

Firsr it did start with me in front of a closes hostel that opens in 1 hour again (eventhough I had to tell them when I arrive what would have been the perfect time to tell me that they are closed at a certain time)Then the stuff was nice and all but the hostel wasn't clean, smelled old and like...

As a respected member of Trip Advisor. I hope I do not have to write a review like this again. I was booked in here for five nights. I only stayed one. The person who booked me in here did not check this place out before the booking was made. This place is for young people who do are not...

A good thing about the hostel is that it is very cheap. But if you stay in the room with the long-term-stayers bring perfume. It was so smelly!!! The showers in the morning (8o'clock) were ice cold. The kitchen looked unclean, we didn't use it. The location of the hostel is good though- right in the city center. The bunk...

We decided to visit st Andrews on a bit of a whim and wanted to stay at the cheapest place - which is this hostel. Let's start with the pros - location is great (Market St), staff go above and beyond to help you settle in and give you Information on the town, the common room has a great big...

I stayed here one night in a five bed dorm. The room was large enough, with a lockable door but no lockers in the room. Mattresses are very plasticky and needs are relatively short (I'm 2m). Very nice staff. I'd sleep here again for short periods of time, also given the lack of alternatives in the price range :)

I stayed in the hostel for 1 night to visit a conference. The staff (Ross & Ryan) are absolutely terrific and we had some nice discussions on philosophy. When you need a bar or a restaurant or anything they will point you in the right direction or even call the place for you to see if it's open. The hostel...

I stayed here for a weekend and it's just lovely. I had a wonderful time. The place has bright homely decorations, staff are friendly, and the common rooms are cosy. It's a fantastic place to meet people because it's not a big place and so people are very easy going. The kitchen was wonderful and so well stocked, I could...

Rooms are very cramped with no space/lockers for storing your things. We were in a dorm where ppl appeared to be living long term so they had pretty much taken up all possible storage spaces. The kitchen was cramped and dirty also. Other than that, the lounge room, wifi, staff and location were great.
