    This was my first stay at the Acorn Hotel. I have previously used other Mcquade group residences nearby and my stay was much as I expected. I received a very pleasant welcome and check in. My double room with en-suite was very clean and comfortable....More

    Well appointed and a sense of the local style and history. Although on a ground floor room and hence backing onto a side road, it was quiet enough for a good nights kip. Not sure how this would impact rooms on the second floor etc....More

    Small room with too much furniture that made it hard to move around. Small bathroom, no hot water on our first morning. Room was not cleaned well before nor during our stay. Filthy carpet. Breakfast was prepared by the receptionist who was trying his best.More

    Decent hotel close to Glasgow Centre and very reasonably priced. Helpful reception and breakfast staff. Should advise clearly that there is no lift - not a problem for me but others might struggle. Would stay again.More
