Its a nice hostel. I stayed in a more bedroom and was more than happy. The staff was ok, bit rude bc of my accent but anyway. I met so nice people in the 8girls-bedroom. Would higly recommend it if you don't need 100% privacy !

Checked in on 13/5/17. The stairs up to the room were disgusting, don't think they have been hoovered for months? The carpet in my room had chewing gum strod into it! Bathroom was clean but very tatty! Needless to say we never stayed! It's nothing more than a DSS dosshouse! I wouldn't give it one star, but I had too,...

For a cheap place to stay in the centre of Glasgow you get what you pay for. The staff were friendly with a 24/hour reception. The building does smell very damp though! This place would be much improved with a communal area for cooking like in hostels !

It is a nice place to stay since it is located in the city center. Bus station and Subway are just in front of the hotel and only 7 minutes from the central train station. Besides, staff were very helpful. Good price...

This has to be the worst place to stay! The building is in a state of disrepair, the walls need painting, the carpets need replacing. The good thing was the bedding was clean and the staff helpful. We stayed one night but will never stay another!

This is a very centrally located hotel. Walking distance to bus, train, pubs and eateries. I had a room with a view of st Enoch square. The receptionist was very helpful. The room is basic, comfortable, quiet and inexpensive. I only stayed one night before moving on. I left early in the morning and I had no complaints. The pic...

In terms of a cheap place to stay in Glasgow, the location of St. Enoch Hotel is great (just North of the river and just south of the Merchant City, so within walking distance to Glasgow's beautiful city centre). I wouldn't describe it as particularly comfortable accommodation and I've certainly seen cleaner bathrooms, but overall given how inexpensive it is...

Paid £42 for a room, thought it'd be a handy location. Upon entering room 35 we were disgusted at the state of the place. Mouldy, burn marks in the carpet, questionable stains on the walls, floor was incredibly uneven to list a few faults. We actually never stayed due to this, and received a full refund. We were told to email...

Only the price is good. The receptionist was really helpful to provide map and information about Glasgow. The Hotel was dirty, no lockers in the room, bath disgusting. I'll never come back, they have really to improve the housekeeping service,

From the pictures this place looks like a basic standard hostel, happy booking it for what I needed - a quick one night stay. However, when walking in and discovering the horrific state they class as acceptable my thoughts very quickly changed. To list a few items: holes in the wall, ceiling tiles falling out, holes filled with toilet paper,...
