I booked the crowne plaza for a spa day for my friends hen party. Having never been before I had high expectations. Sadly I was disappointed. While the treatments were good the lunch was very disappointing. It arrived late and some meals were forgotten which resulted in us all eating at different times. This was despite me having sent the...

Had an overnight stay with breakfast. King size room, lovely decor, very clean, bed very comfortable. Bathroom with bath and shower was again very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities and free wifi. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice. Staff very nice and helpful. Ideal location if visiting SECC, Hydro or Clyde Auditorium (3min walk). Plenty to do in surrounding...

I stayed here 20th January and had an incredible stay. The staff upon greeting where lovely and very polite and nice. They where helpful. My room was incredible and the added extras where just fantastic and made my stay that bit more personal. The room was rather quiet minus when someone was wheeling something to the bins. I think I...

It's a great hotel, really nice and clean and lovely rooms and comfy bed. I've eaten there before and it's been ok. Last night? Shocking. I had a cod main. It was frankly vile. The batter was lovely, but the cod was solid and cold and virtually inedible. Did I complain? No. Why? One of my colleagues ordered a tasty...

Stayed 1 night early November. Room was on 12th floor, the most amazing views and it was bonfire night. Room decor is nice but bit dusty, intermittently noisy air con/heating unit but we managed without need to complain or move. Lovely bar, enjoyed a few drinks there. Nice pool, gym and sauna. Would recommend.

We stayed one night as we were attending a show at the hydro. The hotel is very modern, with a nice pool, sauna and steam room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with chocolates on the pillow to greet our arrival. The only thing was the floor under the looked as if it hadnt been cleaned for a while...

Hotel room was lovely, pool area was quite small but clean. There was lots of options for breakfast however the food was quite cold especially when some of it came out straight away. My stay was quite pleasant and would stay here again whenever im back in glasgow.

I stayed here on the 31st of November, for 1 night stay with my sister to see Kenny Rogers, in concert at the SSE Hydro, which is just next to the hotel and is only a short walk. We have stayed in this hotel on a previous occasion so we knew what to expect. We booked for dinner, bed and...
