I missed the street sign and walked a bit further than necessary but I finally found this charming little hotel. I was warmly greeted on arrival. Room was small but more than adequate for my needs. Washroom was well equipped. Rome even had a fridge....More

Great spot for visiting West End, room not very spacious but big enough with a little hallway, queen size bed. At the front there is a quiet road at the back an garden area. The hotel is a bit dated, but clean and personnel friendly....More

Stayed here when We were up for a family funeral in Glasgow. We booked 2 rooms 1 was upgraded to a twin apartment. We arrived early but Diane was very helpful and accommodated us were able to check in for both rooms as our daughters...More

parking is free outside from 6pm til morning. after that only £4 all day.

Hi...sorry for the late reply. No there is no lift. There is three stories and very steep winging stairs.
