Arrived late for check in was 2345 and had no issues, was a short stay as flight was at 7am Comfortable room on 7th floor with lovely views over the city. It's one of the older hotels and room size is noticeably smaller than the newer hotels. But don't let this put you off. Great location as the train station...

There are ripped leather seats, no bedside tables or cabinets in room 320 as they have been removed, damaged one would suppose, only the evidence of them left on the headboard. The pillows strangely of...

First time we have stayed at Charing Cross although we have stayed at other Premier Inns. Excellent location as we were attending concert at O2 ABC. This is a nice hotel, typical Premiier Inn decor, size of room etc. I cannot comment on the resturantas we didn't use the facility. There was no automated check in so we did have to wait 10 minutes on arrival as only two people were on reception at a very busy time. (Twp o'clock) . Although booked for two nights...
