Stayed here two nights for a mini break in Glasgow. Check in was very quick and efficient. The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We found a bargain price by booking online several weeks in advance, and felt the room provided good value for what we paid. Huge modern shower and the bed/pillows were very comfortable....

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with a Trafalgar bus tour and found it only OK. The lobby, small bar area and dining area were all fine but several of us had rooms that lacked basic cleanliness.
