I didn't stay in the hotel so can't comment on the accommodation however we did eat in the restaurant before a show at the Citizens Theatre and it was so good I wanted to submit a review. Ideally placed for dinner before a show at the Citz. The restaurant had a good buzz when we arrived and was spotlessly clean....

Stayed here overnight Friday 6 November. Lovely Hotel not so nice area. Ate in Restaurant - complained as the Fish was not cooked properly - no offer to exchange. Room rather cold even when heating on full. At breakfast - coffee machine was broken.

As with all premium inn's they do the job if you just need a base for the night. Staff really friendly and location is ten minutes from the city centre. The place is one of the newer ones and the room was nice and quiet. The guy on reception even called me to say room was ready earlier than check...

I have stayed at a premier inn in dundee before and I had fantastic service so when I needed to come to Glasgow for dental work my first thought was Premier inn. The prices were fantastic and the customer service is excellent. I arrived early and asked to leave my bags at reception so I could go to my appointment...

We stayed recently in a family room as we were going to the Gymnastics. Everything about this hotel was great. The welcome and staff were frindly and efficient. The room was perfect and the food was great. I have paid a lot more for no where near the quality. A great job and value all round

After a long journey from Newcastle and late arrival to the hotel we were greeted by a lovely and very helpful receptionist. Throughout our stay we were happy to discover that this level of service was consistent amongst all the staff members we encountered (especially the house keeping team). The 5 minute walk to the nearest subway was a bonus,...

Excellent hotel. Staff are well trained and very nice and helpful. It really is as advertised, especially the bed, it really was comfortable. Location is really good, although it is on the south of the city it is within walking distance of the main shopping area of the city. One tip though, if you need to use the disabled parking...

I have just returned from a short trip to Glasgow with 3 friends. We stayed for the first time in The Glasgow City Centre South and were truly impressed by the warm welcome we received. One of my friends is not so able and the staff couldn't do enough to help, without us really realising it: for example, we had...

Stayed here on a business trip and I had quite low expectations. The building is a little tucked away and tricky to find if you're driving (it's also in not the best nicest part of town) but once we found it we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room I had was quiet and spacious. There is...
